How the review works in a quarter when the numbers have not moved, which is when it is most tempting to skip.

What you will be able to do

  • Explain why AI's small per-use costs become material at production volume, and commission an inventory of AI tasks
  • Ask five questions of any footprint figure to judge whether you can rely on it
  • Review the five reduction levers with your teams, and record a first reduction as a before-and-after case
  • Set governance defaults, and build efficiency questions into delivery reviews and supplier contracts
  • Lead the culture change with a 90-day playbook, and keep it going with a regular review rhythm
  • Produce a one-page Green AI strategy with measures, commitments, owners and review dates

Every module ends with an application exercise and a worked solution.

How you are assessed

  • A short knowledge check after every module, drawn at random from that module’s pool
  • A final assessment of 30 scenario-judgement questions from a pool of 90+
  • 80% to pass, 60 minutes, retake available
  • Questions test judgement in situations you will meet — not recall of figures that date
